Error uploading flt data

I logged into VAFS5 without issue yesterday (1/19/12) and flew ASAH2500, KSFO-KPDX. So far so good but upon engine shutdown at PDX I got an error that said there was a problem uploading flt data and pilot info to server. The status board on our website showed me at the gate-deboarding but went no further. The pilot log page shows I flew on 1/19/12 but it doesn't show the flight under most recent flights. Now I can't log-in to VASF5 at all. I get a message to check VAFS error log....any idea where that would be located?

Talk about being stuck in the Twilight Zone! It's like Where's Waldo without Waldo.

Hi Bill,

Try the new build by logging in again. There is a new build out tonight that should fix that. It should auto-update when you login. See notes on new build below. Let me know pal..

Changes (from Mike)

- Removed all aircraft failures (for now).
- Removed under 80% messages for systems (for now)
- Fixed an issue with dates which would create a 404 error upon flight upload
- Fixed the problem of not using the correct fuel for the aircraft selected
- Fixed the problem of loading the incorrect hedge for the fuel type of the aircraft selected
- Removed out of fuel penalty and engine shutdown (for now)
- Reduced the amount of damage to systems caused by hard landings.
- Added an average systems to the flight which flying an aircraft with under 100% systems will affect the va pax and cargo ratings.
- Fixed an issue where if you select another aircraft the max payload weight would not be correct

Any luck Bill? Looks like those flying so far have been ok... Just wondering about that new build..

Hi Jeff,

Yes, everything worked just fine with the new build. I like the new features of V5 as it sounds like there are many other options that are yet to be enabled. Cool stuff!
